California was battered by strong storms and rain earlier this year. Now CARFAX is reporting that the flooding damaged an estimated 51,000 vehicles across the state, many of which could resurface in used car lots once they try out. CARFAX executive editor Patrick Olsen tells consumers how to be on the lookout for a flood damaged car.
